If you are not happy with your closeout jewelry piece, simply return it to us so we receive your package within 30 days of the original ship date. Please ship your package accordingly. You must return the piece unworn and undamaged in its original packaging along with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. Special order pieces, jewelry pieces that show signs of wear or jewelry pieces that have been altered or sized are non-returnable. Please be sure to insure your return packages for the replacement value as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Questionable packages will be refused so be sure to pack your item in a crush-resistant box.
