The more research I did, the more I realized there were more niches here than I could ever dream of exploiting!
So I decided to pick the best niches from my list, do some keyword research on them, and sell the results in the form of an e-book! But then, a bombshell hit me…

I began to use the keyword research software, Wordtracker, and started pasting in my keywords in batches. And Wordtracker began to spit out every keyword phrase that contained my keywords— keyword phrases that I would NEVER have dreamed of on my own!
Wow! Suddenly before I knew it, I had 27,374 keyword phrases, all of which were searched for more than 200 times a day!
I had a big job pruning this list down, though. I went through it and deleted anything nonsensical, non-commercial or just plain pornographic! This part of the process took me an entire week, but I whittled my list down to 15,345 commercial keyword phrases.
My job wasn't over yet!
I then analyzed the competition for every single one of my keyword phrases, and I also analyzed Google to determine how many Google Ads there were for each one (you know, the Sponsored Links on the right hand side of the screen in Google that people pay for).
And finally I went through the list again, and deleted any keyword phrases where the competition was fierce! The result? I was left with 8,758 Ready-To-Be-Exploited keyword phrases! (Keyword Data Updated May 12, 2004 and now contains 9,869 keyword phrases) This Is Without A Doubt The Biggest And Best Collection Of Money-Making Keywords On The Internet ...
The Niche Database!
The results in the Niche Database give us the following information:
- KEI (Keyword Effectiveness Index): This indicates how easy it will be to get ranked at the top of the search engines for a given keyword phrase. The range is the following:
- 0-10: Poor keyword
- 10-100: Good keyword: (the Niche Database contains 3,105 of these!)
- 100-400: Very good keyword (the Niche Database contains 352 of these!)
- 400+: Excellent keyword (the Niche Database contains 263 of these!)
- Count: This is the number of times the keyword has appeared in the Wordtracker database over the last 60 days, which after performing a mathematical calculation is a close approximation of the number of times each keyword phrase is searched for, every day, across all the search engines. Every single keyword phrase in the Niche Database has a count of greater than 200, so these are all high traffic niches.
- Competing: This is the number of competing sites for that keyword phrase. Did you see ‘bassboats for sale’ in the listings with a KEI of 14,965? That tells you this is an astonishingly good keyword… it is searched for close to 700 times a day and there are only 32 competing sites! This is a niche with an in-demand product or service with very little competition... A goldmine just waiting to be tapped!
- Google Ads: This is the number of Google Ads currently showing for that keyword phrase. For example, the Niche Database contains:
- 1,818 keyword phrases with zero Google Ads
- 2,952 keyword phrases with 1 Google Ad or less
- 4,028 keyword phrases with 2 Google Ads or less
- 5,088 keyword phrases with 3 Google Ads or less
- 8,486 keyword phrases with 7 Google Ads or less
