So, being the information hound that I am, I went looking for all the answers. Sadly, I came up short. Most of the fashionable pregnancy books were either too playful (not giving me enough practical advice) or too medical (making me more anxious and nervous).

I also realized that the general feeling out there is that that pregnant women gain tons of weight, and that pregnancy is a struggle, they wear over-sized shirts, feel uncomfortable and don't have much energy.

Not me! I was determined to LOOK good and have TONS of energy during my pregnancy. I planned to be FREE of aches and pains, dress sexy and to lose weight with ease after I delivered my baby.

And I did it.

New Moms are Often Full of Regret
Most pregnant women indulge in their cravings, they let themselves go, halt exercising and use pregnancy as a justification to eat the house.

There’s no denying that when you have a big belly, feel nauseous and have aches and pains – the last thing you feel like doing is getting up off the couch or thinking about what you’re about to put in your mouth.

And that’s why most pregnant women gain more weight than they should, struggle to lose the excess pounds afterwards, and feel miserable.

How often do you hear mothers moaning about the “last ” few pounds from pregnancy that they are unable to lose?

And how many women do you know that have turned to using restrictive diets and strict exercising routines (all the weight-loss “tricks”) to get rid of those UNWANTED post-pregnancy pounds?

Unfortunately, many females spend the remainder of their lives feeling like they’ll never get their old-self back– they no longer feel sexy or attractive.

Would've, should've, could've, Never let this happen to you. Do Not become full of regret.

You CAN make your pregnancy a SUCCESS for you and baby – it’s easier than you think (and it WILL definately help you afterwards!).

Pregnancy Books Are Generally About BABY
Pregnancy books will tell you to eat and additional 300 calories, and to exercise – but that’s just about all. I couldn't find anywhere exactly WHAT I could or should do in any detail.

Even though I was an “expert” in non-pregnancy fitness, I had TONS to learn about “pregnancy + fitness”. I remember when I was trying to find out HOW I could modify my exercise routines for my own pregnancy – what was safe to do and what was needed to AVOID.

You think it would be rather easy to find simple advice like - do not lift above your head or lie down on your back after the first trimester, it wasn’t! I knew the methods for working my abdominal muscles, but I did not know EXACTLY what I could or couldn’t do now that I was exercising for two.
