Short Audio From Me... Turn Up Your Speakers!
Dear Friend,
If you're sick of the rat race and you want to make good money for staying home and having fun working with kids then this will be the most important message you'll ever read.
Catherine O’Leary
Here's why.
Over the last few years I’ve developed a unique way to launch a wildly successful daycare business in no time flat.
Okay, so you responded to an ad claiming to reveal some secrets and discoveries on how to start and run a turnkey daycare business that can set you free. You think running your own show sounds like the way to go...
Well... you’re right and you’re wrong.
Here’s what nobody ever tells you about starting your own daycare business: Without the right information it’s hard as hell and you’d better make sure you’re really ready for the commitment or it’s going to kill you.
I don’t care if you’re starting a pet store or a McDonald’s franchise. Without the right information your chance of success is slim to none. If you want to start a business… any business, and get it to the level where it’s profitable and pays you a great personal income each year, you want to make it as simple and easy as possible.
Don’t re-invent the wheel… You cannot improve on a well rounded wheel… and they don’t hand out big trophies for small efforts…
But here’s the good news about your home daycare. It is doable. I’ve done it and I can show you how to do it. If you’ve got the grit, if you’ve got the stock, if you’ve got the determination, if you’ve got the "flat out do it or die" mentality that it takes, I can help you get there faster and easier than just about anyone else.
My business is daycare, In-home Childcare to be more specific. I’m an In-home childcare provider, and a childcare consultant and I show women how to maximize every daycare dollar. I help them make a lot of money and in turn, (As I said, I’m not asking for a lot of money for this closely held information…)
All I ask is you consider an alternative way of thinking and learn from me. Sounds good, right?
If you’re STUCK in a caree r making no money and earnestly want to break into daycare, why not get UN-STUCK and get the information you need to become a highly paid professional in the childcare industry? Start by reading my e-book.
It’ll give you a good overview of what I do, how I do it, what separates me from all the rest, and how you can get similar results regardless of where you live.
Then get ready for the hard part to begin...and the fun part to begin. Because there’s nothing in the world like owning your own business and being truly financially free. NOTHING!
If you are serious about increasing your daycare business and reducing the stress of running your own facility, then this letter may be one of the most important things you can read.
How can a character trait as simple as organization, which can be taught to the most “frazzled” individuals I know; help you save large amounts of money in your daycare? Well, it’s pretty simple once you discover why.
If you want to have the daycare of your dreams, but have budget limitations like 99.9% of us, then you must read on. It will most likely be the most important thing you do today.
“Ignite Your Daycare Business!”
“I Guarantee I Will Show You How to Get All the Clients You Need and How to Keep Them! I’ll Even Show You How To Rid Yourself Of The Bad Ones If They Don’t Follow Your Rules!”
Pretty bold claim wouldn’t you say? You’ll very soon find out why I can make this statement with such confidence. It relates primarily to two things:
Disorganization costs you hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars when you’re in the planning stages of starting a home daycare; and
The price-inflating hucksters of the large daycare centers will stooge you at every opportunity! They consider home daycare a joke, and usually discredit home facilities every chance they get… For the most part they don’t understand home daycare and are only interested in perpetuating a myth…
I’m going to reveal to you very soon why overcoming these two things will not only save you thousands of dollars, but earn you thousands more in revenue as well.
You will also dramatically reduce your stress and tension levels when you’re able to present credible answers to why your In-home Childcare program is superior to the programs offered by the big centers.
Frankly you’ve got them over a barrel and you don’t even realize it!
I will teach you why there is no comparison when it comes to what is better for a child when the benefits of a well run In-home Childcare program are presented properly using the big center’s talking points against them.
Don’t worry; I’m going to give you everything you will need to overcome objections and negativity as we lead up to your opening day.
But I should first introduce myself. My name is Catherine O’Leary, and over the last few years I’ve developed a unique program I’ve decided to share with new daycare providers.
When I finally sat down and planned my daycare program, I planned it like I plan everything else. Parties, holidays, even picnics!
Holiday Show
Every single detail had to be covered, cross-checked, and examined a little further.
When I’m focused, I literally am obsessed with details and making sure everything goes smoothly.
Little did I know how much money this would have saved me had I only planned out my program before starting my daycare! I made the mistake of not planning and putting many things off.
There was no excuse for this; I’d discovered years ago the Daycare Industry was full of people preying on the needs of vulnerable parents with grandiose promises and over stated accomplishments.
I have a confession to make. I was not “new” to daycare. I had been working in daycare jobs since college. But I was unhappy, frustrated, tired and poor… So I left the business.
My situation was different than most. To help out a neighbor who I’ll tell you about in a few moments, I was drawn back into running a daycare without any time to actually plan out how I would run the business.
Because I had previous experience I felt I could step right back in and make it work… How hard could it be? It’s what I always wanted, and it was on a much smaller scale… Unfortunately I began running a kind of “daycare on the fly.”
I was unprepared for running a small home daycare. The rules were different… and I was making mistakes.
I knew my ideas about daycare were solidly based in principle, and hands on experience. Heck, I had a College Degree, a strong educational background in early childhood growth and development that cost a ton of money to get…
I was not going to give up… so I searched for the answers to make it work…
Driven with a desire to succeed and blessed with helpful family members with business backgrounds, I soon found ways to combat the problems I had created for myself. I’d faced problems working in daycare centers for years, but nothing like this…
I had to change my thinking. I was told I had to make a “paradigm shift” and believe me, it was a big step… I didn’t even know what it was and it definitely went against conventional wisdom…
I quickly learned what needed to be done and I’ve never looked back. I started turning problems into opportunities for the business and me! And the result was amazing…
“I Shaved Thousands Off My Daycare Costs!
My Revenue Increased, And I Was Building A Waiting List!”
There were many reasons why this was possible. One of my favorite things was acquiring Free Stuff… I’m serious I learned how to ask for all kinds of stuff that I paid zero for!
I managed to perfect a system, where with a little paperwork and postage, I was able to effectively provide my program with free toys and equipment year after year and it’s so easy anyone can do it! (You just have to know the secret.)
I’m just a little bit obsessed about kids. I always have been. My daycare started out innocently enough, I had quit my job as I said before, in a large Daycare Center…
I couldn’t take it anymore...
So I walked away from the job I held as a Director for reasons I discuss in the my e-book, but I will tell you this… it was literally sucking the very life out of me, and just like in the movie…
“I Told The Owners To Take Their Job and…”
Well you get the gist of what I said… The point is, I made a decision…
My family was going to come first. To my surprise I was empowered. I remember feeling as if I was just released from a huge ball and chain…
“I Not Only Felt Free… I Was Free!”
I had a priority to focus on – My son Matthew… who was 14 months old was finally going to get the mom I knew he deserved. He was going to come first... Little did I realize there were things happening around me that would change my life forever…
A neighbor of mine had just received custody of his two granddaughters. Ken and his wife Kathy were in there 60’s. Sandy was 16 months old and Vicky was 5 months old. Both girls had been terribly neglected.
Vicky was in the hospital as a result of the neglect with “failure to thrive”- She was dying…
Sandy was a handful and needed a lot of very special attention. Ken knowing my background in childcare asked me if I could help him out temporarily with Sandy.
There was no hesitation on my part. I knew I could help this family so I said yes…
Vicky came out of the hospital not long after I had agreed to help Ken and little Vicky immediately came into my care…
“What happened next was amazing…”
With no effort nor advertising and what seemed to me in the bli nk of an eye, there were six children in my care including my son. My simple act of kindness to Ken and Kathy had changed my life…
When I needed it most… My daycare was filled to capacity and things seemed great…
All I did was structure an environment combining my previous 10 years of experience in large centers with what I knew would work for children in a small group setting in my house…
But NOW it was under my complete control, in my home, and on my terms. All the dreams I had of providing better childcare now came to life…
This is when the problems started…
You may not have 10 years experience working for the giants of the industry. Maybe you don’t even know how to grow your daycare business or deal head-on with the stuff they never teach you when you get a license, diploma or certificate to practice one of the most caring acts in the world – providing care to young children…
Are you stressed out about not having enough clients to meet your bills at the end of the month? Just starting out and don’t know where to get your first client? Or are you a seasoned provider who is having issues with the wear and tear of being a long time practitioner of the business?
If this describes you and you are serious about developing yourself as an In-home childcare provider please continue reading this letter carefully. (I know it’s long but the whole issue of daycare is one of the most rewarding professions in the world and this letter only scratches the surface of what you need to know)...
I HATE seeing caring and superb childcare providers like you driven away by the “business” of running a daycare business… there is another way…
I remember the first time I thought about becoming a childcare provider. It was in college. I felt a real passion for being able to make a difference, to children’s lives in a positive way – They would actually benefit from everything I was learning.
I fell in love with Childcare and the prospect of starting my own daycare. I was so excited! I was finally going to do something with my life.
I would think about all the parents with small children and how they would truly benefit from what I was about to learn. My heart was exploding with a desire to learn...
When I completed my degree in Early Childhood Development I was so happy. I was sure I was going to be a success...
After graduating I was poor (really poor) and the thought of starting my own daycare was daunting – I needed to work and took a job with a large facility in Texas. I never lost sight of my dream to start my own daycare, even though I was working for someone else.
You know my friend, I was sure if I started my own daycare I would have an abundance of clients just clamoring to enroll their children with me. Parents would tell me how good they felt they had found me, and how what I did made a difference to their lives.
I could just see these people in my mind. I would be wanted, appreciated and loved…
When the day actually came to realize my dream I was sure my teachers at college would be there to help. Graduating had made me feel so proud. At the time it was the happiest day of my life.
I knew zero about business and thought I could rely heavily on my college teachers for information on how to run my own business (little did I know how dangerous my lack of knowledge would be!)
When I graduated from college I was on fire! I was so motivated. And all those feelings and desires were coming back with a vengeance now that I knew I was starting my own daycare.
Granted I lucked into my first client and my first two enrollees, but then I started hearing my little voice...
You know the one… The voice you have that tells you irritating things like “how will you get more clients and where will they come from?” I began asking around - no one really gave me a straight answer. In the large centers we were turning people away!
Do you hear this little voice in your head wondering "How will I actually get clients? How long will it take me to get them? Where do I find them? Where do you look?”
Do you find, like I did, that no one will give you a straight answer or worse – you get told it will take you years to build a successful daycare so why bother?… and of course the old “knitting needle in the cornea” question –
“Don’t you know you can’t make any money in daycare?”... Ouch!!!
Before you even get started people are telling you your career choice is a bust!
Of course I was on cloud nine, ignoring the negativity, regardless of how many black clouds people were ripping from my silver lining… so I just plowed on.
Joining an association was out of the question because I wasn’t licensed for home care and there were no Associations for Non-licensed Childcare Providers… I was all alone!
I did what most people do; I waited for clients to come to me. I spent a couple of weeks perfecting and working on my business card, letterhead and signs. Then I sat back and waited for the clients to pour in.
I waited and waited… I had my two enrollees but it wasn’t enough…
Over the next few months a handful of part time clients trickled in, certainly not the rush of clients I imagined. (I didn’t even notice these new clients were referrals from Ken, my first client who was returning a favor and trying to help me out… he was selling my business for me!)
By this stage I was thinking, “I should do some advertising; it’s on me if this is going to work.” I still had openings I needed to fill so I advertised and it failed miserably. I felt like a rug had been pulled out from under my feet. My enthusiasm had turned into bitter disappointment.
I was so frustrated, scared, disappointed and, excuse my French, more than a little pissed off. I did a leaflet and it failed as well. (Looking back at the leaflet now, it was easy to see why!)
Things were bleak – I had a handful of clients, a big and never ending expanding pile of bills, I was stressed, lonely, depressed and frustrated.
Something had to change or it was back to work again. “Grrr…!”
Is this story familiar to you? You may have a thriving daycare with more clients and prosperity than you can handle. If this is you then you will be wasting your time reading on.
