Cajun Clark's Cookbook: One Inch From the Top--The Only Way to Cook!

Howdy!  Welcome to Caj's Ol' Home Place.

Home of the truly remarkable masterpiece Cajun Clark's Cookbook: One Inch From the Top--The Only Way to Cook!  Or, to put it another way: Cook a Little.  ZAP a LOT!

If this is the last cookbook you ever buy - - or the first cookbook you've ever bought - - Cajun Clark's One Inch From the Top--The Only Way to Cook! is the right choice for you.

If you're somewhere between hither and yon in building your cookbook collection - - Caj's One Inch From the Top--The Only Way to Cook! will be a proud addition to your cookbook shelf!

Once you've read da 'ol mon Caj's 659 page tome, his pièce de résistance', you'll never look at cookbooks the same again.  No way, never-ever.

This is NOT your mother's cookbook!
It never was intended to be!

Caj wrote his cookbook for all you stressed out, meeting yourself coming-and-going moms, dads and singles.  He filled it with 1,160+ mouthwaterin', mostly easy to prepare dishes, almost sinful desserts, and da ol' mon's irreverent and irrelevant commentary.  You'll be entertained while making some really good stuff.

No, Cajun Clark's Cookbook is NOT for everyone.  Caj will be the first one to admit it.  But he'll be the first to tell you that this one-of-a-kind, never to be repeated or duplicated work of art is FOR THE SELECT FEW with good taste who enjoy something different, something Fun and Easy!

Caj,
T.S. Eliot said, "We shall not cease from exploration and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time."

This powerful "little" book combines insight with the wisdom of ages, it is not to seek an end but to find a beginning. Your cookbook encourages us to action.

Do you need more convincin'?  Okay, you know da ol' mon Caj is willin' ta hep out.  Take a gander at some more kind words: Caj,
Impressive new menu. I want you to know that you've given me one of the most fun time-killers I've had lately. Now I just want to spend time in the kitchen, then treat my taste buds. I've seen recipes that Glynis and I have possessed, used, liked, and lost. I've even seen recipes that my Grandmother Smith cooked from memory, but to the best of my knowledge never committed to paper. The ingredients in some sound like what I remember her quoting to me when I was a child.

I know that I have hours more fun in store. Thanks for more than just a cookbook.

Caj,
Your "One Inch From the Top--The Only Way to Cook!" is a work of art, I have never seen a cookbook as comprehensive and complete. I absolutely love the stories and renditions that are sprinkled throughout. This is truly the Picasso of cookbooks!

Many of your tasty recipes caught my attention, and I've already plastered it with sticky notes for quick reference. I am very impressed and I think you should be extremely proud of your work. This is a masterpiece and well worth the $20.

Everything about it is fun. The way you laid it out is so unique and intriguing it feels more like a journey into the lives and personalities of the contributors as opposed to just a cookbook. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy the fruits of your labors.

Great job, Caj. 659 pages! Jeez, you must have started this in high school. I told my sister-in-law that you had enough hot air to sail a schooner, but she said she loved it too. Thanks,
