But first I should introduce myself. My name is Scot Standke, and I have been a successful low carb dieter now for over 7 years. At the age of 35 I discovered the magic of the low carb diet, and have been an avid follower ever since.

It was fantastic, this was the perfect diet for me, except for one thing. You see, I have never had any trouble losing weight. My big problem was, keeping it off after I hit my goal weight. I was able to lose weight faster than ever before, yet I still had troubles keeping it off.
You simply cannot quit dieting the day you hit your goal – you need to maintain, for life.
This was when I decided to do something about it. Not only did the diet need to be satisfying – something you could stick with for life – there had to be an easy way to count each and every carb you ate throughout the day, accurately!

| Just wanted to drop you a line. I am really enjoying my new software. I am now counting carbs AND calories based on my BMI supplied through the programs worksheets.
I know it is pretty early to say, but I think this is just the thing that is breaking my 14 week stall. I lost 46 lbs. doing Atkins. Then hit a stall.
Over the next 8 weeks or so I gained 3-4 lbs. back, mind you I was doing everything "right". Never lost Ketosis and haven't tasted sugar since last Christmas day.

Now I am back to my low weight of last July and am all jazzed to keep this up for a time and see if I cant get the rest of the 40 lbs I need to get off..
