I most certainly will enjoy the cookbooks, and I already have to an extent. Couldn't help myself and as I was downloading I was having a quick look see and my face was a picture! I must have looked like the Cheshire Cat!
What do I think about the cookbooks? I think they are absolutely marvelous! What you have to realize here, Joe, (and I'm not saying this just to boast but to give you a better picture of my cooking experience) is that I have also been offered jobs as a chef, although I'm not a certified chef, and that friends from the England and Scotland have also been trying to convince me into compiling a cookbook of my own. Your cookbooks are an absolute pleasure to look through. Easy to follow, easy to compile in your head before actually going about the cooking itself. And, in addition, despite the fact that there are no pictures - would be too much to download, I know - it's more than easy to picture the end result and the dish itself. And, it's REAL food.
Easy to follow instructions and, quite frankly, just makes you want to cook the first chance you get.
You are more than welcome to post my comments on the website. Everything I've said is absolutely true and it is so refreshing to find a website such as yours that has so much effort put into it and makes its members feel some personal contact and not just like another statistic.
