Welcome to ABC Coaching and Counselling Services, the home of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, UK.
REBT was the original form of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and was originated by Dr Albert Ellis, a New York based clinical psychologist, in 1955-'62.
We provide a caring, sensitive and confidential coaching, counselling and therapy service for individuals and couples, in Hebden Bridge, Halifax, and over the internet.
