Success starts with attitude! This goes for everything you do in life, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, making money, overcoming an illness…everything!

Secondly, when it comes to weight loss or muscle gain, there is no substitute for quality nutrition. Sadly, the Food Guide Pyramid keeps the average person thoroughly confused. Cars are updated more than our nutrition is. Our health and waistlines are at risk and no one is doing anything about it. Fortunately, I'm here to speak the truth. I'm not about pipe dreams, fad diets, overnight weight loss, nor do I blow sunshine up your skirt. I give the facts that produce lasting results.

I've been in the fitness industry for 15 years and been competing at the bodybuilding level for 7 and I am Nationally Qualified. I also have a background in nursing, but changed careers when I realized that it was far too negative for my taste. Rather than teaching patients about health, fitness, and nutrition, we were prescribing drugs, popping injections, and giving referrals for expensive high-tech procedures. No one was doing anything to prevent ailments and conditions. I believe we can treat, heal, and cure any ailment, including cancer, with quality nutrition and proper supplementation.

When it comes to keeping muscle and losing bodyfat, I find many are doing too much and not eating enough. It's true, you need to eat, engage in cardiovascular activity, and resistance train, but it needs to be done in a fashion so that you are not going to crash and burn the first week. I see too many jumping into a fitness program with both feet, only to sink. It's not a one shot process, but rather a combination of elements that need to be applied accordingly. Knowing exactly what to eat for your body type, stats, and activity level will give you that extra edge.

Just like with anything, if you want to achieve great results, then you must do the work, but do it smartly. You can get all the facts on fitness, weight loss, body fat reduction, muscle gain, body transformations, and contest preparation by reading my E-Books, located on the upper left in the yellow column.

I just completed my 4th E-Book for leg training, Killer Quads. This remarkable information is straightforward and educational. I reveal the secrets on how I built thick, powerful, hard, and shredded legs, in just under a year, to take overall in the state show, qualifying me for Nationals. If you want dependable, structured, easy-to-follow information and guidance for your leg training, check out my latest best-seller!

I am in the process of composing my 5th e-book dedicated to those seeking information on Fitness and Figure Competitions. I have brought together some extraordinary ladies who are experts in this field. Get inside information, tips, training routines, diets, as well as Fitness and Figure Contest preparation from the specialist. My Female Fitness Guru E-Book will be released at the end of the year!

It has also been brought to my attention that the obese community would like a simple guide on quality nutrition control and how to properly do exercises. Many obese are very limited in their flexibility and some may suffer from injuries and are not able to do an aerobics class or fancy gym equipment. I have some future sights on an E-Book to help those who may be limited and need more of a low-impact variety.

My last bodybuilding contest was in June of 2001, where I took First Place in the Women's Open Lightweight Division, and reclaimed my former 1997 Overall Title! Since then I took a 2 year break from the competing circuit due to a layoff, moving, and starting my own business, The Elite Physique, where I can educate the ladies on the sport of fitness, as well as weight loss and general nutrition.

I am now prepping for a bodybuilding contest in the Summer of 2004. I'm eating a clean diet with a good balance of complex carbohydrates, protein, and some essential fat. My training and strength are progressing each week. I'm focusing on basic compound movements for the bulk of my resistance training and incorporating cardio 2-3 times a week.

I'm actively using a stack of Multi-Vitamins, Vitamin C, Liquid Minerals, Creatine, and, Glutamine. When I begin to lean up and start cutting, I'll incorporate an EC Stack for an added kick.

How old is too old to begin weight training?
When you are 6 feet under, it might be too late. Actually, you are never too old to begin turning on the fountain of youth. Weight training, coupled with quality nutrition and cardio will slow the aging process, make you feel and look younger, and rejuvenate your spirit and soul. Iron Dolls or How To Lose Weight; FOREVER! Can get you started in slowing the aging process.

Do high repetitions burn fat?
No, a reduction in calories and cycling certain macronutrients coupled with cardio burns fat. Weight training builds muscle, and the heavier the weight training the more muscle is built, and the lighter the weight training, the more muscle endurance is built. Iron Dolls can teach you how to build muscle and shed fat.

Does any diet really work?
That depends on your mind frame. If you think of the word "diet" as depravation then NO, it will never work. The term "diet" is what you consume on a daily basis, regardless of what it is. Eating balanced meals consistently is the ticket to taking unwanted pounds off. How To Lose Weight; FOREVER! Is an excellent E-Book for weight loss.

Can I eat before bed?
Of course you can eat before bed, why not? If you are hungry then eat! Many people don't realize the chemical responses from food that have a profound effect on their bodies. Knowing what to eat before bed is the secret to losing weight. How To Lose Weight; FOREVER! is a great informative on successful weight loss!
