The lower your body fat drops, the harder your body tries to hold on to fat, making it more and more difficult to continue fat loss while holding on to muscle.
It seems like no matter how hard you work out or how little you eat, you end up losing more muscle than fat. An unacceptable compromise, but it won't happen if you know how to keep your body from adapting.

Q. You are not clear what your program is. Is it low carb? Low fat? Just workout info?
A. Great question! I tried to give some of the info above, but here is a further explanation: I personally ate a diet that was fairly high in complex carbs with moderate protein and fat. However, I put forth principles in the book which are applicable to ANY diet. So if you are a fan of low carb eating and have hit a plateau you will still benefit from my eBook. In combination with the common sense (but commonly overlooked!) diet information I also include details about exercise techniques and routines that you've probably never heard of.
Q. I do not have a credit card, can I pay with a check?
A. The order processing system has the capability to accept check information on the secure server, so you can still pay electronically, even using a check.
Q. I don't feel comfortable giving out credit card information online.
A. That's completely understandable. I spent a considerable amount of time looking for an extremely secure and well established order processing company. Q. I've never heard of you, why have you written this book and why should I listen to you?
A. Well hey, you don't pull any punches do you? :-) I didn't start out to write a book at all. I was out of shape and I happened to document what I did to get back in shape. I originally posted a link to my photos on a message board message board and received a ton of emails asking me for details on how I did it. I started putting together a document explaining it, and I discovered that there was probably enough information to write a short book on the subject.
