Picture Tools is an Internet Explorer plug-in which assists in browsing picture gallery web sites. Picture Tools has two main features, View All Pics and Download Pics.
- View All Pics takes a picture gallery and shows you all the pictures to which that page links.
- Download Pics takes a picture gallery and download any pictures to which that page links.
Picture Tools also works with movie galleries!
