WebSurveyor provides free software and reasonably priced hosting for decision-makers to quickly gather business intelligence using online surveys. The easy-to-use Survey Wizard helps you develop questionnaires based on dozens of pre-existing templates, or you can create forms from scratch using the Question Editor. To control your survey appearance, select one of the Display Templates included with WebSurveyor software, or create one based on your website design. Advanced survey features include data validation, required responses, skip groups, matrix formats, hidden data fields and inserting HTML snippets. Once created, publish your survey with the press of one button.
Use WebSurveyor's Email Notification Manager to announce your surveys, and track recipients, click-throughs and responses by individual. This service is priced separately from survey hosting.
The secure, password-controlled response management environment assures you of confidentiality for both respondents and results. To download your results from your account on the WebSurveyor server, just push one button. Only new responses are downloaded, so you save time and retain changes made to previously collected data.
WebSurveyor automatically graphs your responses. You control how the data is graphed: Pie, Bar (horizontal or vertical), Line, Area, Scatter, or Text. Advanced analysis features include cross-tabulation, data-filtering, as well as viewing or editing raw data.
Once you have reviewed your data and modified your graphs, you can then easily export either to popular word processing, spreadsheet or presentation programs.
