Activation Procedure
1. Have a pen ready to write down your personal access number.
2. Dial the activation phone number listed under the heading 'Phone Numbers'.
3. Enter your pin # when prompted.
4. The computer will give you your NEW access number. Make sure you write this number down because you will need it each time you make a call.
5. You’re done!
Making Phone Calls
1. Dial the access number that you were given in step 4 above. Hint: If you have speed dialing on your phone, put the access number in there and it will help you dial faster.

Month of Talk - Flat Rate Unlimited! is designed for residential non-commercial use only. No telemarketing, fax blasting, data calls, internet calls, calls to 900 or 976 type numbers, predictive dialers or other mass communication dialing devices. Any violators will be taken off the network and no refunds will be given.
Any usage deemed abusive by Radiant will result in discontinued service.
PhoneShark.com is not responsible, and will not issue refunds, for service ending under terms deemed 'abusive' by Radiant.
Please note: Use shall be deemed 'abusive' by Radiant if 1) any use of the account exceeds two hundred and eighty (280) calls OR 2) if account exceeds 500 total minutes of use within a 7-day period, where greater than 75% of the account's total value is used OR 3) Account exceeds 250 minutes per day on two(2) or more days within a 7-day period.
Cards expire after 30 days after first use or 12 months from activation.
The balances on cards are non-transferrable.
To test if your home phone is eligible, dial the toll-free access listed below and when prompted, enter your home phone number. If you are prompted for a PIN number, hang up as your home phone IS eligible!
This card only works from within the lower 48-states.
For the purposes of this Agreement 'Month of Talk - Flat Rate Unlimited!', with respect to residential accounts, is based on the national average of typical telephone usage per month in the United States by residential customers as published in the Statistics of Common Carriers for 1999. Radiant has assumed that normal residential calling customers will use no more than 25 times the national average of minutes per month. In the event usage by any individual residential account exceeds 25 times the national average of minutes per month, the service will be reviewed and if abused may be shut off temporarily while a determination is made to make sure the account is actually residential and not a business. Customers with accounts determined to be operating outside of residential usage will be asked to move up to a business plan. Radiant reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the pricing terms of such residential account or to terminate such residential account immediately.
The service will be made available on a best efforts basis and neither Radiant nor Phoneshark.com make any guarantees or warranties, express or implied, as to the availability or quality of the service itself or any specific feature of the service. You agree that the service is delivered as-is and that you are not entitled to any refund or service credit due to network problems. At any time, service may be temporarily unavailable or limited because of capacity and other natural or artificial conditions adversely affecting transmissions, and may be temporarily interrupted or curtailed due to equipment modification, upgrades, relocations, repairs, and similar activities necessary for the proper or improved operation of the service. As long as Radiant is able to fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time, no changes to service billing will apply.
