 Rossignol: Scratch 100 Ski Binding - Precision and protection matter most in binding performance. Rossignol's Scratch 100 bindings are among the best designed and lightest weight freeride bindings on the market today. The difference between this binding and the Scratch 140 is the DIN settings (the weight limit here is 240 lbs.). The Axial technology uses a shorter binding plate than traditional bindings, giving your skis a rounded, more balanced flex that allows for better contact on the snow. Unlike other binding systems that traditionally rely on three points of contact with the boot, Rossignol Axial uses three in the heel alone, with additional elastic travel.
