If you are a software vendor who wants to use RegNow's affiliate program but you use other ordering services on your website, then here is a solution that will satisify both affiliates and you as a vendor.
RegNow's CheckAffiliate redirectional script is used to detect if a regnow cookie exists. If so it sends the customer to a regnow ordering page, otherwise if no referral cookie found, the sale can be re-directed to your own shopping cart.
RegNow can create the ordering script link at https://www.regnow.com/vendorpriv/createAffiliateCheck
There are a number of ways you can cleverly use this script on your website to make your affiliate program work while still using another ordering service for your own sales generated by your own marketing efforts :
(1) Using the Check Affiliate Script on Your Buy Now Buttons
The following URL should be used within an HTML document under a Buy Button, to redirect the customer when an affiliate cookie exists:
(2) Using the Check Affiliate Script on Your Buy Now Text Links
The following URL should be used within an HTML document under a buy text link, to redirect the customer when an affiliate cookie exists:
(3) Hiding Another Buy Button
If you use multiple Buy Buttons for multiple ordering systems, you can hide your non-regnow buttons if a regnow affiliate cookie exists. For this you need to have a single 1x1 sized white (or any other background color your site uses) pixel on your site. For example, you could hide a PayPal button on your site if RegNow affiliate sent you the customer.
