J-Painter is a fully-functional raster image editor which allows to create and edit pictures directly at a web page and upload them to your server. Images can be uploaded to the server in PNG or JPEG graphic formats. PNG, GIF and JPEG images can be loaded from the server for editing.
The editor is compatible with most popular browsers (IE, NN) and requires no plug-in.
