Abacus - Abacus is a very easy to use (and install as weas well) File Manager written in PHP.
It can be used without any changes both on Linux or Windows webserves.
Only requirement is to have PHP installed.

aXisCrawler - aXisCrawler is a utility we've used in lot's of applications. Basically it is a server browser. That means you can allow a user to browse a specified set of directories and files, then choose one as a form input value. The directory viewable to the user is determined in the configuration file. Convert MS-Word to html on the fly - This is a short PHP script that converts MS-Word docs on the fly (and caches) using wvWare.
This script will create all .html, .png, etc. files in the wordconv subdirectory. The .html files will not be deleted after serving. The created html files are reconverted when the modification time on the .doc file is newer than the .html file. If the .html file is already present, it is served up directly (i.e. cached) without reconversion. Requires: wvWare available at http://wvware.sourceforge.net.

Destination Transloader - Destination is a tool for moving files from one server to your server with out the need to download first irst then upload. Features an admin section which is password protected, also you can where you can transload files and also delete them, view them (if they are viewable via a web browser) and or download them. directory indexer - Directory indexer allows you to display a sorted listing of subdirectories and files within a directory. File sizes and last-modified timestamps are provided for all files, which are sorted alphabetically first according to extension and then by filename. You can easily specify subdirectories and files to exclude from the listing. The latest update: rewritten as a PHP class. Using the indexer is as easy as including the class file, creating an instance, and invoking the indexing methods. Index multiple directories on the same page. Easy Admin - With Easy Admin the user can create, modify, and delete files and directories. The code is in a modular format so new modules can be easily created and added. The download is small and contains no un-necassary images or advertising and it is released under the GPL.
