This small class converts images into some kind of ASCII art. Black/white and colour modes for rendering are available. Requires the GD library. Hndles PNG, JPG and GIF (if your PHP supports it). Source, Demo and API Doc available for download.
Latest update: The most important new feature is a minimized amount of needed HTML output for render modes 2 and 3 due to less font tag usage.
