This is a selectorized Abs unit with a 150lb. stack. This machine has an inclined seat at 35 degree with a 20 degree bend at small of the back to stretch the abs. User pushes with arms on a pad in front of the chest, and with an adjustable seat user fits machine to body. Round foot rollers to secure user during movement. Weight 350 lbs.
