MegaStrength Oblique Flexor
This is a free weight bench used for the obliques (side abs). Waist pads are Flat in shape and angled together to help stabilize the user. The foot catch is a 20” wide steel tread plate with a 4” 90 degree heel catch. Above that, is a 4”x20” heel pad for better security.
