I had a very bad snoring problem.

  • Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.


  • Muscles in the throat, which are open while the body is awake, relax and sag during sleep. Snoring happens when these muscles become too relaxed and start to block the throat.
