I snored chronically.

  • Snoring arises when the air passage is blocked, thereby inhibiting easy and normal breathing during sleep.


  • A nasal blockage causes one to breathe through the mouth which can lead to snoring. When the mouth is open, the tongue gets pushed back and makes the uvula to push against the back of the throat.
