I had a very bad snoring problem.

- Snoring occurs when the air passage is hindered, thus inhibiting usual and easy breathing while asleep.
- Nasal blockages can cause snoring because the person has to breathe through their mouth. If the mouth is open, the tongue is forced back and pushes the uvula against the back of the throat.
- The sound of snoring varies with the degree of obstruction.
