I had a chronic case of snoring.

It plagued me in my youth, when I would keep friends up all night if we went on trips.

After I got married, I was becoming desperate about my problem. I experimented with nearly every snoring medication there was - pills, sprays and creams. I even wore those ridiculous devices in my mouth. No matter what I tried, my snoring didn't stop.

  • Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.


  • Snoring is noisier the more the airway is blocked.
