I had a terrible snoring problem.
When I was young, trips with friends would be terrible as my snoring would keep them up all night.

Snoring Facts
- Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.
- Snoring is noisier the more the airway is blocked.
- Nasal blockages can also cause snoring because it forces people to breath through their mouth. When the mouth is open, the tongue gets pushed back and makes the uvula to push against the back of the throat.
- When awake the muscles of the throat keep the throat open but when asleep these muscles go into a relax mode & sag inward. When they relax more than necessary the airway can become blocked and snoring will result.
