  • Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.


  • When awake the muscles of the throat keep the throat open but when asleep these muscles go into a relax mode & sag inward. Snoring results from the muscles relaxing too much and blocking the throat.
