I had a chronic case of snoring.
In my youth it plagued me - going out on trips with friends I would keep them up all night by snoring.

- Snoring occurs when the air passage is hindered, thus inhibiting usual and easy breathing while asleep.
- A nasal blockage causes one to breathe through the mouth which can lead to snoring. When the mouth is open, the tongue gets pushed back and makes the uvula to push against the back of the throat.
