I snored severely.

It was a problem when I was young - if I went on trips with friends I would snore and keep them up all night long.

  • Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.


  • A nasal blockage causes one to breathe through the mouth which can lead to snoring. If the mouth is open, the tongue is forced back and pushes the uvula against the back of the throat.


  • The more the throat is blocked by the muscles, the louder the snoring.
