I had a terrible snoring problem.

In my youth it was a problem going on trips with friends - my snoring would keep them awake all night.

Later when I got married I started to become desperate to fix my problem. I experimented with nearly every snoring medication there was - pills, sprays and creams. I even stuck those ludicrous contraptions in my mouth before I went to bed. My snoring didn't disappear, no matter what I tried.

  • Snoring takes place when the air passage is impeded, therefore inhibiting simple and normal breathing during sleep.


  • Muscles in the throat, which are open while the body is awake, relax and sag during sleep. When they relax too much they block the breathing passage and snoring occurs.
