I had a chronic case of snoring.

  • Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.


  • Nasal blockages can also cause snoring because it forces people to breath through their mouth. The back of the throat can be obstructed by the uvula when the mouth is open and the tongue is forced back.


  • When awake the muscles of the throat keep the throat open but when asleep these muscles go into a relax mode & sag inward. Snoring happens when these muscles become too relaxed and start to block the throat.
