I had a very bad snoring problem.

- Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.
- Snoring becomes louder as the muscles relax more.
- When you are awake, your throat muscles stay open, but when you sleep the muscles relax and sag inwards Snoring happens when these muscles become too relaxed and start to block the throat.
- Snoring can be caused by a nasal blockage (i.e. when somebody has a cold) and as the personal is force to breathe through their mouth they can begin to snore. When the mouth is open, the tongue gets pushed back and makes the uvula to push against the back of the throat.
