I had a chronic case of snoring.

  • Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.


  • Nasal blockages can cause snoring because the person has to breathe through their mouth. The tongue is pushed back when the mouth is open, and makes the uvula to press against the throat.
