I snored severely.

- Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.
- Nasal blockages can cause snoring because the person has to breathe through their mouth. The back of the throat can be obstructed by the uvula when the mouth is open and the tongue is forced back.
